Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes what personal data we collect when you play Feastfury or use feastfury.hlo.vn, why we collect it, who can see it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Feastfury game, this website, and the services behind them, together called the Service.

We may update this policy by posting a new version here. Material changes will be announced in the Service before they take effect.

Who we are, and how to reach us

The Service is operated by Helios Joint Stock Company, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. For any question or request about your data, write to contact@hlo.vn.

What we collect

Data you give us

• Your player name.
• The email address of the Google or Apple account you link, if you choose to link one.
• Messages you post in the community, and anything you send us in a support request.

Data we collect automatically

• An account identifier we create for you, and — when you play without linking an account — an identifier generated on your device or in your browser so we can recognise it next time.
• Your game progress: runs, results, rank, purchases, and what you own in game.
• Device information such as model, operating system, browser and language.
• How you use the Service, including your interactions with other players.
• Diagnostic logs from the game client. These are collected only when we switch collection on — for a specific account we are helping, or for a small sample of players while we investigate a problem — never continuously from everybody.

Data we receive from others

• Confirmation from Apple or Google that a purchase you made is genuine.
• Confirmation from Google or Apple that a sign-in is genuine, if you link one of those accounts. We receive your email address; we never receive your password.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not show personalised advertising, and we do not share your data with advertising networks.
• We do not collect your GPS location.
• This website sets no tracking cookies. It stores a small amount of information in your own browser to remember things like whether you left the chat panel open.

Why we collect it

• To run the Service — create your account, keep your progress, verify payments, and deliver what you bought.
• To improve it — understand which parts of the game are working, fix faults, and balance the game.
• To keep it fair and safe — detect cheating, moderate the community, and act against abuse.
• To support you — answer your requests and investigate problems you report.

Who can see it

• Other players see your player name, your rank and results where they are published, and anything you post in the community.
• Companies working for us — hosting and infrastructure providers — process data on our instructions and for no purpose of their own.
• Apple and Google, in relation to purchases and to account linking.
• Authorities, where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect someone's rights or safety.

Where your data is held

Your data is stored and processed in Vietnam, and may be processed in other countries where our infrastructure providers operate. When data moves across borders we require appropriate safeguards for it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account exists. Diagnostic logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted automatically. We may keep some records for longer where the law requires it, or to resolve a dispute.

How we protect it

We use administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. Sign-in tokens are held only by the services that need them, and access to player data is limited to the people who need it to do their job.

Your choices

• See your data. Ask us and we will give you a copy in a portable format.
• Correct it. Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it.
• Delete it. See below.
• Object or restrict. You may object to, or ask us to restrict, our use of your data, and withdraw any consent you gave.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from the settings menu inside the game, or by writing to contact@hlo.vn with your account identifier and player name. Deletion is permanent: your progress and anything you bought are gone and cannot be restored.

Messages you posted in the community may remain visible, with your name removed, so that conversations other people took part in stay readable.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you are 16 or 17, your parent or guardian must have agreed to the Terms of Service on your behalf. If you believe someone under 16 has given us personal data, write to contact@hlo.vn and we will delete it.
